Service plans
DueSight is in prelaunch. The sample uses synthetic data; registration records interest only and does not create a subscription or guarantee access. Basic and Standard are proposed future packages. Premium is a discovery offer. Any pilot scope, limits, and fee will be agreed before participation.
Permission to upload
You must own or have permission to process every document you upload. Only upload a document when its type is listed for your plan and your organization is permitted to send it to DueSight’s subprocessors.
Automated results
DueSight may miss, misread, or incorrectly calculate a term. Review every extracted value, the cited clause, and the original agreement before acting. You remain responsible for contractual decisions and notices.
No legal or tax advice
DueSight provides administrative extraction and reminder assistance. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship, prepare a tax return, determine eligibility for relief, interpret enforceability, or recommend a legal or tax course of action.
Availability
The service may be limited, changed, or suspended. Failed processing and reminder delivery may occur; critical obligations should also be tracked through your normal business controls.
Privacy
Document processing, retention, deletion, and service-provider use are described in the Privacy Policy and Document-handling Policy. Those descriptions must match the deployed technical behavior.
