Document handling plans
Current sample
The public demo uses synthetic contract text. Its dates and excerpts are illustrative and do not demonstrate results on a real agreement.
Intended processing approach
The application is being built to check file type and size, extract candidate contract terms, retain source context for review, and calculate supported dates in application code. A future assisted pilot may use text extraction for text PDFs and a document processor for eligible scans. Specific document types, limits, providers, and availability will be confirmed before any pilot upload is enabled.
The design aims to process a submitted file for the request, keep temporary review data only for a limited period, and save selected structured details only after a person confirms them. Those retention and deletion behaviors still require end-to-end hosted validation before they can be promised.
Review and limitations
Extracted dates and obligations can be incomplete or wrong. A person must compare each result and its source with the full agreement before acting. Reminder behavior is planned for confirmed results; availability and delivery have not been validated for a public hosted service.
Tax forms are not a supported pilot document type. No document-coverage matrix or supported-document claim is currently being made.
