An illustrated walkthrough with a fictional agreement, on-screen explanations, and optional background music. The video uses a separate fictional agreement from the interactive PDF sample below. No account or upload needed.

This illustrates the intended experience, not measured extraction accuracy. All results need review against the original agreement.

  1. The renewal date is only half the story: a notice deadline can arrive weeks before the term ends.
  2. DueSight is being built to display candidate obligations beside their source clauses.
  3. In this fictional example, the term ends August 15, 2027. Subtracting 60 calendar days gives a candidate notice deadline of June 16, 2027. Confirm the term and notice rules first.
  4. Either party gives written notice only if choosing not to renew. The example cites section 8.2, page 7.
  5. A payment due within 30 days of invoice receipt needs a receipt date. Without it, the due date stays unconfirmed.
  6. Read the source, check dates and conditions, and resolve missing information before confirming.
  7. Contact duesight.ai@gmail.com to discuss your workflow. No purchase or contract upload needed; real-document access is not open yet.
